  • Jon Clancey | President

    Jon Clancy is no stranger to large-scale production. With 25 years of experience in the industry, he has led culinary teams as the Director of Culinary for M Culinary Concepts for major events such as the WM Phoenix Open and Barrett-Jackson. As the Executive Chef for the Phoenix Suns Arena, he managed production kitchens, concessions, restaurants and private suites. Jon has also traveled the country leading teams that produced food for the US Open Tennis, NASCAR, Kentucky Derby and several Super Bowl Championships.

  • Anthony Garcia

    Anthony Garcia | Corporate Executive Chef

    Before running the production kitchen at Nourish, Tony was at helm of numerous impressively high-volume, high-production kitchens for a whopping 27 years! He has managed culinary programs for the likes of Marriott Hotels as Banquet Chef, Jimmy Buffett’s Magaritaville as Corporate Executive Chef and Regional Corporate Chef (we love you Jimmy!!!), and had a major hand in the quick growth and success of the emerging chain, OHSO Brewery as its Corporate Executive Chef.

  • Alexa Adams

    Alexa Adams | Operations Manager

    Alexa started her career in the food industry 14 years ago with a stint in burger flipping for Five Guys. Ever the go-getter, though, it didn’t take her very long to work her way up the chain of command to top positions within that group and others. Before joining the Nourish Kitchen team, Alexa was Lead Trainer at the mega-coffee powerhouse, Starbucks, and the Manager and Events Manager at OHSO Brewery. Alexa is an absolute master at managing many, many moving parts.

  • JD Hoffman

    JD Hoffman | Regional Sales Manager

    Our Regional Sales Manager, JD, has worked in nearly every facet of the foodservice industry, from dishwasher (arguably the hardest job in a kitchen), to prep cook, line cook and server, which can be equally as challenging (just try getting a Martini from point A to point B sometime!). It is a background that has served him well during his 16 successful years in foodservice sales, as he has developed great empathy and understanding about the back of the house as well as the front.

    Jessie Dahling & Anne Trauter | Owners

    Nourish Co-Founders Anne Trauter and Jessie Dahling know a thing or two about food. They’re experts at eating it, for instance, a passion they’ve shared since their college days (a few short years ago, wink wink). The two forayed their passion into a successful food sales and marketing company called Amalgamated Food Brokerage, which is now enjoying it’s 19th year in business. This company eventually lead them to the inevitable—producing and selling foods of their own with the creation of Nourish Kitchen.
